Pros

Some nice people, comp in corporate is good but not in NC

Cons

Leadership is spazz. They don’t know which end is up and just throwing balls in the air hoping something will land in a money bucket because they keep losing work. New restructuring will not make it as leaders they are trusting business to are just mean bullies. People are leaving in droves and if the good ones haven’t left they are trying to. If you go work here keep your resume current as you will soon be looking.

Healthy Job/Silly Guidelines

- Health is a factor given how often you patrol the perimeter. - Solitude - Easy to Understand and do.

Cons

- Low Pay - Silly alarms rule. Get more than one and you’re fired. It doesn’t matter how active you are or how much attention to detail you give when doing your rounds. They could care less if you perform your job well. If you open the door wrong and an alarm goes off, you better hope it doesn’t happen again.
