There was a flexible schedule and good pay with a professional atmosphere that was military friendly which I appreciated.

Cons

We were always left in the dark as to how long the contract would go on and the management could be some what cliquey at times

Great mission and still some good people at the grass roots level.

Cons

If you are reading this because you have options and are evaluating which company you should go with, then this is easy: go with the other one. Constellis does not have a positive short term or long term outlook. If you are on contract, then you may be ok. Any corporate/overhead role should be avoided at all costs unless you are completely desperate and just need a check. In that case, keep the job search going even after starting. If you're lucky then leadership will be entirely absent and disinterested. If you're unlucky then it's toxic. There is absolutely no culture to speak of and lower/middle tier new hires are the first to get squeezed. Just look at the PTO policy and you'll understand the landscape. Don't board a sinking ship.

I learned a lot from this company. I enjoyed my work. Management was easy to work with and listened to their employees. Benefits were good and work could be flexible to a certain point.

Cons

Some coworkers were difficult but it happens.
