Good place to work. Great people. Love the independence to work alone.

Cons

Salary ok but no bonuses, no awards, incentives for getting work done in a expedited timeline and no good raises.

Pay is pretty good. Unfortunately the hours are pretty random and work life balance is terrible.

Management has gotten pretty bad and doesn’t care about you.
