Pros

Upper management really seems to care about the employees. Everyones opinion is valued as a professional in their field. The teamwork is amazingly smooth from what I have been witness to but I believe that is because there is an overwhelmingly large percentage of prior military employees and contractors. Salary ranges are very competitive and they offer a large array of various health, investments, and benefits coverage.

Cons

If you are not quick to adapt then you will not keep up with workflow as it can be intense. Lot's of changes as they have newly acquired companies that they are trying to mesh as one brand. It's probably just growing pains but it can be a bit confusing.

Cold, callous, un-caring. Firing someone two weeks before Christmas tells it all.

Commute, moving to new location (the further away from me, the better), marginally better benefits

Cons

Horrible communication, unexplained (and therefore unfulfilled) expectations. Can't get out of their own way, trapping a hapless employee in a tug-of-war.

- depending on the department, there are good people to work for

Cons

- Getting any information from anyone is like pulling teeth - employees are treated as replaceable, pay raise max was 2% this year and this is the first time in 3 yrs there have been pay raises at all
