Most Constellis employees do receive paid time off, along with paid vacations; however, employee benefits do vary depending on factors such as where an employee works, length of service, collective bargaining agreement, if applicable, and similar considerations. Constellis has employees all over the United States and even internationally. In some locations, an employee’s part-time status may impact vacation time, or some employees might not have vacation time in their first year of employment as they are granted a specific sum of vacation time upon completing one year of employment.
