      Slow progress, but progress

      Pros

      Bad press and toxic old-timers hurt the company but when you look at the big picture the company is doing well and leadership is making process. People are humanistic-ally resistant to change, which is hard but the one thing consistent with most companies is change. People need to get on the bus to move forward or move on themselves.

      Cons

      Slow progress and tough press but ignore the press...this is a good company to work for and be part of the good to come.

      Great for Work Experience...Toxic Work Culture

      Pros

      Very hard working and dedicated team members. This is a company that will expose you to various challenging situations that will add to you skill set and professional growth. Good place to get work experience.

      Cons

      Toxic work culture, cut throat, try to avoid if you can. Sink or swim nature, employees aren't really set up to succeed. Very stressful work environment, they'll work you to death if they could. Don't really care about your work-life balance.

      Cold, callous, un-caring. Firing someone two weeks before Christmas tells it all.

      Pros

      Commute, moving to new location (the further away from me, the better), marginally better benefits

      Cons

      Horrible communication, unexplained (and therefore unfulfilled) expectations. Can't get out of their own way, trapping a hapless employee in a tug-of-war.
