Sweat Shop - Toxic Environment

Free Parking, free bagels once a month..

Definitely a sweat shop environment, HR leadership is clueless and lacks basic best practice knowledge. No accountability, no communication, constant manipulation, always prompt to take kudos but never available to provide helpful guidance or hands-on support. HR at Constellis never puts employees first. A toxic environment where the only goal is focusing on personal gains only. Culture is awful and turnover is through the roof, yet nothing changes. HR leadership is not fit for their jobs. Overall Constellis feels like employees are a commodity and continues to believe in turnover! Do your research, they’re hiring their 5th CFO in the last 3 years. Stay Away
