Decent pay with plenty of overtime.

Cons

Union shop where employees over value themselves and employers under value employees. Everyone does just enough to not get fired. From top to bottom. Learn a skill and get a real job. Or... suffer along here and just pay your bills

Benefits and good pay if you've worked there longer than five years.

Cons

Work with old junky equipment. Potholes are EVERYWHERE in the cast house which makes trying to operate a forklift a living nightmare. They've cut the work force in half but expect the same amount of production. We're supposed to get 3 breaks a shift. I'm lucky to have enough time for one. If you take all 3 breaks, then you don't come close to getting finished with their expectations.
