Pay is average, but the work culture is toxic. Salary employees are very Machiavellian, and it's rare to see salary last more than 5 years in most positions. Hourly employees are union, but the union (USW 5668) are hobbled. Worse, it seems many of the union officials are either targeted by the company if they do their duties, or lock-step in behind the company. Worker morale is low on both ends. The company encourages a hostile work culture, pitting salary vrs hourly, hourly vrs hourly, and salary vrs salary.
