Pros

Full Compensation package is very good. Mostly good management, engineers, salaried and skilled trades workers. If you love WV, you will adapt fine.

Cons

A few union associates can be difficult to work with, Sometimes the work load is heavy when engineering is understaffed (weekend and evening work load in particular). If you are not from an Appalachian background you must be very flexible to make it work for you.
