      Poor culture and management

      Pros

      Employees are individually nice but scared to say anything about the bad management style. As a result the bright people leave the company and only the ones, who have been settled for a long time and don't want or can't leave stay.

      Cons

      The company has been so much downsized that every decision includes firing people outside of France and keep the unionized employee in France.

      -Right company size for me: not too big but big enough to have an international environment --> you can see the impact of your actions and day-to-day work -Interesting and attractive markets with "real" products (aerospace, automotive, packaging) and "real" plants -Management empowers employees to take decisions on their own

      Cons

      Still place for improvement to have more standardized processes
