      Pros

      Decent pay with plenty of overtime.

      Cons

      Union shop where employees over value themselves and employers under value employees. Everyone does just enough to not get fired. From top to bottom. Learn a skill and get a real job. Or... suffer along here and just pay your bills

      Pros

      Team work was a big thing in Constellium, and it was a real pleasure to come everyday. The plant is located in Valais, one of the sunniest region in Switzerland.

      Cons

      Salary was not as high as other companies. Pressure on deadlines was pretty rough.

      Pros

      International and exciting environment, lots of nice and highly skilled individuals. Good salary, however not so good work life balance.

      Cons

      Poor culture, extremely high turnover in IT and various other (mainly central) departments. Second employee suryey in a row with very bad results revealing management problems and a high level of disatisfaction.
