      Pros

      You ACTUALLY get to feel good about what you are doing in wireless for the CUSTOMER and YOURSELF! + Amazing benefits(literally third of what I was paying for before) + from the CEO to the Mobile Advisors on the frontline, we have complete alignment. It’s nothing like the big 3(Verizon att TMO) no gimmicks. Get to sell just what the customer needs and COMPENSATED WELL. Senior leaders always have the teams best interests at heart. Opportunities to grow in retail leadership is abundant!

      Cons

      Infant stages of the company so systems are somewhat manual. But as we continue to grow, we’ll evolve!

      Pros

      Consumer Cellular is a great place to work! There are so many opportunities for promotion and growth. The work culture is great here. The scheduling and work from home options support a great work life balance.

      Cons

      As with any job, there are tough days. There are days when our systems experience issues and the call volume is high. Thankfully, our teams support each other through these difficult times.
