Pros
Good Benefits (except the health insurance is ridiculous with the activities you have to complete) & good increase in wage when promoted.
Cons
Very stressful and a very high call volume, I cannot remember the last time there was availability, which makes the customers calling in even more mad at you than they already are. Always changing policies, but half of the time they do not inform you of the change and then they dock you on your call scores and fail it for the month, which could impact your job status. They need to train their staff better not just the reps, but also the Sups and upper management.
