A few employees, were great and had great work ethic. Had free food sometimes.

Cons

Management never has anything together, and I mean higher management. One is only worried about one of his employees and treats her with more respect than anyone else showing favoritism. Employees are overworked and underpaid. Some in leadership are lazy making only the men do things for them or just will sit at their desk. There are no incentives even when asked to do things outside of your job description. They have metrics with no real goal.

Very fast pace and little communication. You have to keep up with all relevant info with little pro active help from your team.
