      Pros

      Fairly new company with good potential for growth. Good employee benefits.

      Cons

      Line supervisors are, for the most part, supportive, capable, and professional; however. there are others who, display total disrespect toward subordinates and create an atmosphere of job insecurity and contempt. If one is unlucky enough to be assigned to report to one of this latter group, extreme uncertainty, tension and negativity is the likely daily environment. As a result, People come and go at a fast rate. Their employee turn-over is unusually high. In general, the corporate culture is impersonal and cold.

      Pros

      Everyone (CFO’s down to fellow co-workers) make you feel like you’re part of the family. No matter how long or short your time with the company has been. Consumer loves to see their employees be successful, if you have dreams of moving up in the company they stand behind you and help you achieve those goals. Let’s not forget the pay their employees extremely well, and offer their employees Medical, Vision and Dental insurance free of charge! I love how the company recognizes their employees for the good work they are doing, and shows their appreciation throughout the year with giveaways, free catered lunches, paid employee meetings etc.…I love working here and can see myself building an amazing career here.

      I have no downsides to list. The company is amazing and I am only sad I didn't come to work for them sooner!

      Pros

      Many schedules available. Paid training. Benefits are some of the best I've ever seen. Mainly inbound calls.

      Cons

      Training is too short for the amount of information that needs to be learned. Everyone's schedule changes every 6 months.
