      Lots of benefits and potential for growth. Company growing fast so you get the bonuses and benefits of it.

      Cons

      Forced overtime, and company is growing faster than it can keep up.

      Okay pay, great co-workers, tons of support if you get the right supervisor

      Cons

      They don't respect social distancing or that the pandemic is actually happening, they acknowledged it at first but then rescinded every measure they took due to cost. Masks are not mandatory but are encouraged. This may not matter to you, mark them a 5 if the pandemic does not matter to you.

      Pros

      Diverse atmosphere. a lot of promotion opportunities. The owners make decisions to benefit employees first and the business second. You truly feel valued and not like a number. Our owners try to create a family environment and treat you as an equal and less like an employee.

      Cons

      Higher positions don't have as many opportunities to make additional money outside of their base pay. Communication can be lacking at times which results in confusion.
