Major downsides are not being able to use sick time, floating holidays, pto. Your child can be sick on the hospital bed but they don’t care. You, yourself, could be on a hospital bed as well but they don’t care. Save your time, stress, and headaches. Don’t work for this company. On top of that awful part. Training is horrendous. They do not train; they have you rely on articles called KB to learn the job. They give you the bare minimum of the basics of the company. But they don’t “teach” you. And then they get mad at you and dock your performance because you are uneducated. Good luck
