Pros

Constant encouragement to grow and work on some difficult tasks yourself to help further you understanding of the company. Always somebody around to lend a helping hand or ear(just to listen) Very close group of employees who make you feel like family Great CS training.

Not many I can think of!

Pros

CPS is a fast-growing company and you definitely want to be a part of that growth. The management team really seems to care about their employees. They treat you like a person, not just an employee

Cons

Wish they can throw in a few healthy snacks in the breakroom, everything they have down there is yummy but not great for my diet. Coffee could be better too.

The health insurance is really expensive. Sometimes work can be intense but its understandable if you can manage the challenge and burnout.
