They promote within, true teamwork, being able to work from home, always giving incentives to better yourself, a great management team, and a company always striving to do better and constantly growing!

Cons

In today's crazy economy, the pay could be better but as I said, the company does always promote from within!

CPS is like family. Great consideration is provided to employees. The work is interesting, and I love how much I have learned from the company and from all of my managers.

Cons

Providing customer service is a great opportunity to help people. Sometimes people are rude. It's nothing personal, and we still do our best to help in the best possible way.
