Pros

If you work here outside the call center your job is a piece of cake.if you work in the call center expect little to no training, long hours and little pay.

Cons

Bad pay, long hours. I’d also like to point out that the president gives out gift cards to employees who leave positive reviews here in hopes they will drown out the negative reviews. We constantly got asked to leave a good review.

Pros

Working from the comfort of your home.

Cons

Little to no pay, calls back to back. Having to ask to take breaks and lunch and sometimes there is a “hold”. Taking verbal abuse from customers. The list goes on and on. My client was torrid and it was the worst job ever. Management and HR was incompetent.
