Pros

The management, people and location. Environment to grow and develop the skills that are needed to expand your knowledge to move ahead. Cross-training is available, for those looking to learn more on other project. Times of operation is a plus for most that have children. As a whole group function and holiday party's are a plus for the hard work we as a group put in. Incentives are given. Human resources are always available during normal work hours.

Cons

Holiday Pay if you work the day before and day after.

Pros

ContactUS stays loyal to those who are loyal to them. They give opportunity after opportunity to advance and prove yourself, then when able will reward you. This company tries exceptionally hard to make sure good agents keep their jobs. A lot of the account managers bend over backwards to make sure employees are happy and accomadated.

Cons

High Turnover rate (Which is normal for a call center).
