Pros

Its call center work. Pay is okay, job is mostly easy if you have a quarter of a brain. Easy to get promoted if you know who to ingratiate yourself on and do your job well. Easy to get hired and mostly no hassle.

Cons

Bed bugs. Its a problem in call centers yet they did nothing to fix it when I was there. Payroll is terrible - was repeatedly missing pay from my checks and promised to be made up "on the next check" and never did. They owe me about 60 hours of backpay currently and keep blowing me off now that I'm a former employee. I recommend people with similar issues look into a class action suit - CallTech/Teleperformance (also a call center in Columbus) pulled the same stuff when it was run by the same people that run the Hilliard ContactUs and got slapped pretty hard for it. Its call center work - it generally sucks.

Pros

• I feel as though I am provided all the tools and knowledge I need to complete my job with confidence. • My fellow agents are (for the most part) kind and helpful, like a big family. I have made a lot of meaningful friendships with my coworkers. • I trust most of the supervisors and lead agents to help me solve any issues I have.

Cons

• Critter problem in Grindstone office. Bugs everywhere, I come home with flea bites on my ankles in the summer time (don't own any pets at home.) Snakes live in the ceiling. I don't want to work in jumanji!! • Definitely some favoritism in regards to some specific supervisors or members of leadership, but fortunately those who do not help make up a small portion of management around here. • I have had some serious qualms with HR in the past where my issues/inquiries have been straight up ignored. We have recently had a new hire in the HR department and he's really thriving here. Don is a super helpful guy who has solved my aversion to the department. • Insurance plan is super expensive.
