Pros

Content Guru has shown to be an exciting environment to work in, with a steep learning curve. As every day differs, you gain more and more experience, broadening your set of business management and interpersonal skills.

Cons

There are some growing pains, but that is expected with a growing company. As long as you're willing to put the effort and commitment in, this is reciprocated and accommodated for, with a great support system.

Pros

It is a nice place to work with modern offices and some opportunities for travel. Pay is nice. Good opportunities to learn new skills.

Cons

It is not uncommon for people to get fired. It is frowned upon to arrive on time and leave on time.

Pros

CG is very dynamic in how it operates, the fast paced environment synonymous with ambitious growth companies breeds self development and new scenarios on a daily basis. The learning curve is fantastic and increases awareness and insight into several business areas that interface with sales. The product and services you are providing are market leading which makes the proposition a believable and enjoyable message to communicate, always updating and preempting technology and business process trends before they become mainstream. The continued growth of the company and its marketplace presents further realistic opportunities to grow in job role in ones career path, side-wards or upwards, the company hugely values the staff it invests in so when more roles become available you stand an equal shot at application. The travelling opportunities across the business not just sales has been unrivaled compared to peers and I could go on a lot longer about all of the fantastic exposure I have been lucky enough to have had. Been a fantastic multiple year journey so far, I am looking forward to prolonging and making the most of the exciting future years to come at Content Guru.

Cons

The challenges with any dynamic business, communication not being as fluid and frequent as things change on a daily basis, operational growing pains and the natural cons of the flexibility provided particularly in sales and the independence it expects from BDM's and above. You are given the tools to maximise your output and time there and have to take on a lot of responsibility and self-leadership in thinking about how you improve you and your teams greater output to the strategic goal. An exciting challenge for me but can be overbearing for others. The comparatively less-dynamic aspects and decision making in the business have a relatively enhanced perception of stagnation because everything else is so fast paced.
