For those willing to work hard, it its both a rewarding and inspiring environment where you are encouraged to be the best that you can be. Who wouldn't want that from a career perspective. The organisation continues to make an impact in the industry i.e. a Leader in the Gartner CCaaS magic quadrant for Western Europe, further industry award winners and the opening up of new international offices. Colleagues are both collaborative and clever making Content Guru a great place to work. I couldn't think of anywhere better where I would want to spend my working days.
Cons
No negatives but the challenge for all high growth and successful companies is to maintain momentum and to keep the values which has got it there.
