Lots of really nice colleagues who are in it together so work as a team Beautiful offices with pool table, ping pong etc Love the product and so do customers The company is growing and profitable

Cons

Less flexibility than people would like. Pay is good but no formal benefits like health insurance

Pros

I've worked for the Benelux office in The Netherlands for 3 years. In those years I've worked together with the Dutch team; a great diverse and enthusiastic team on various projects. A very dedicated team. Positives are also the good atmosphere, the daily contact with customers and the versatile activities as a marketer. And off course the Lebkov lunches :-)

Cons

Advice is to improve the communication between departments (and also between the countries) so important (operations) requests or questions aren't missed. And as a growing company define an long term international strategy and vision! This will have high impact on the international presence and awareness.

I have worked here for a number of years now and I thoroughly enjoy every aspect of my job, especially the interaction with staff and visitors. The working environment is very friendly with a great team spirit throughout the building. Over that time we have enjoyed a great deal of success with an ever growing work force and it’s been a pleasure to contribute to its achievements. If you also enjoy a challenge in a hard-working and supportive environment and seek a company that rewards its employees very well, then I would recommend Content Guru to you.
