Pros
Good opportunities to learn and make an impact if you ask for them. Highly flexible on working conditions once you have built up trust with your managers. They promote in the development department well.
Cons
The development department has to do every other departments job because of their incompetence. Other departments put their mates in charge rather than the best person. The sales department will determine your end of year bonus which has been small. They gaslight graduates saying they pay for loyalty rather than title. The incompetent ones that cannot get a job elsewhere stay.
