Business Outlook
Pros
Most of the staff is friendly and approachable. The company management is constantly striving to improve the work practices and conditions. New arrivals (such as me) receive a lot of training to bring us up to speed with the practices used in the company.
Cons
Although there might be some tightness in terms of deadlines with respect to the current deployment procedures, work is being done to reach a stage of continuous deployment and integration. Not much else to say otherwise.
