Pros

The compensation and benefits are fair compared to other companies in the industry. There are multiple locations within the company for transferring your career if you are willing to relocate.

Cons

Upper management is too concerned with the "initial" costs of materials for their products and not the total costs. As such, many jobs are being transferred to "low cost" countries with less experienced personnel.

Pros

Very EBIT focussed, strong back up from Schaeffler family and sensible support and management style.

Cons

Employees needs to be put on the forefront than anyone else. Debts could be payed 3 years later, but employees and their knowledge need to stay to even grow further.

Good and friendly environment, Nice exercises, nice people, very good facilities, respect, the arrangement is great, you can talk to managers and share the ideas

Cons

the selection process in ambiguous, no satisfying feedback, the final outcome does not fits with the impression you get during the interviews and assessment.
