Pros

Work life balance depends on which project you involved

Cons

Company management is not practicing freedom to act No career growth Taking very long time to get consider as senior level. Usually first two years you will not get a flag for next level position, and management will you monitor 3 to 5 years to confirm your senior level. This mean that you need to work for 5 to 7 to approach this level. And of course this is also depends on which department you are in. Mangement does not know what is the cut-off time to call their employee after working hour. Management does not have the knowledge or plan to guide you for career growth. He/she is good in giving order and bragging. Management expect people to talk during the meeting, if you are not asking questions or actively participate during the meeting, you are in low performance/not capable.
