As a consultant, I have never had to be on bench, as they always have projects to work on. Very flexible with work hours and encouraging to always go for personal and professional growth.

Cons

No retirement benefits or paid leave.

Hands down one of the best consulting companies. For a company this size, it’s very progressive and forward thinking. If you’re a fresh grad you’ll learn and there are opportunities to work with the smartest people in the business and get exposure to some of the largest hospitals in the country. You'll work on cutting edge projects / solve important issues that impact your community and the world.

Cons

Benefits like retirement savings plans are not there.
