Hands down one of the best consulting companies. For a company this size, it’s very progressive and forward thinking. If you’re a fresh grad you’ll learn and there are opportunities to work with the smartest people in the business and get exposure to some of the largest hospitals in the country. You'll work on cutting edge projects / solve important issues that impact your community and the world.

Cons

Benefits like retirement savings plans are not there.

Been here at Contineo for one year after 22 previous years as a Senior recruiter with another organization and couldn't be happier, looking forward to many more years to come! This team is amazing.

Cons

Zero downside in working with or for Contineo! Contineo is such a great place to work, everyone is adaptable, and hard working and very in tune with the consulting world in general!

Pros

Great work life balance is the first thing that comes to my mind. The management team really seems to care about their employees. One can call the leadership team anytime and discuss issues or road-blocks and the team has a genuine intention to solve them. The organization has very good list of clients and technologies they work and engage with and that brings a good work ethics and career pathway to the table. Happy to be here.
