1. Lot of politics in company. 2. People in management lack business knowledge and are very mean if you raise your concerns. Also management is very unstable. 3. Ruined visa status of foreign workers in organization by not sending documents on time even after h1 getting picked in the lottery causing them to get denied. 4. No good development projects . They hire people for development and make them work on the support tickets even if employees do not like it and these things are not disclosed in job roles or interviews. 5. No proper technical leadership or training when new people join. 6. No growth opportunity in the organization. 7. Too much work load and people are expected to work extra time and on weekends as well without extra payment. 8. No appreciation at all!

We are still a newer company (3 companies combined together). There are still areas of improvement, but I feel the necessary changes are being made. I can see the progress in our dashboards.
