Many people are overworked and underpaid. Leadership is focused on growing client list and there aren’t enough people to keep up with the growing workload. Many employees take on more work than they’re paid to do.
As a new company there are many opportunities to make a difference, both within the company and for the client stations. Most people within the company are dedicated and collaborative. In my department, the leadership is very supportive of new ideas and people are given the space to try different approaches.
