This company is really good for starting and ending your career. There are great benefits such as good healthcare, monthly/quarterly bonuses, and an ESOP that you become fully vested in after only 5 years. Staying a long time at the company would only compound these benefits. Additionally, company culture is very forward. Smaller company and office where everyone knows each other, you don’t just feel like a number (and the CEO actually knows your name). Good job security.
