There are absolutely none I could think of.
Cons
A recruiter will reach out and have you fix your resume. He will act as if you are the best candidate he has ever seen and continue communication for a couple of weeks even if there is not a job opening available. Eventually he will ghost you and not inform you that they are not hiring at the moment. If you're really lucky he might even reach out to you months later on a different platform gauging interest as if this individual did not already ghost you in the past. Completely unprofessional and would never work there if given the opportunity.
