Pros

As a long standing employee the business has given me the ability to grow as an individual over and over again. Its a pleasure to work for a business who has its employees at heart and breeds a culture of togetherness. The forward thinking nature currently being implemented is a breath of fresh air, and i am proud to be a part of it. Team ethos, motivation and sharing success - Atmosphere and people always on hand to help!

Pros

Very friendly atmosphere, everyone is approachable and will put themselves out to help. Lots of interaction from directors / management and also happy to help and listen to your ideas to improve your ability to sell. Training is always available, as often or little as required. Stone makes you feel like one big happy family.

Cons

Wish I knew about Stone Group years ago, Would of joined a long time ago.
