Great people, there is no 'us and them', plenty of progression opportunities, perfect company ethos as they really look after their staff, work life balance and flexibility

Good company culture, Friendly manager and employees, trainings provided.

Cons

I wouldn’t recommend to work on the Eu Market. You work with a partner for EU market no very competitive and not really sustainable. This partner in EU don’t share the same values with Stone in term of recycling, and I had the feeling to work for the partner more than StoneGroup. The company have not word to say about the EU market and when you ask why we can’t change few things the only answer is « with this partner when can be in EU ».
