Poor management, bad leadership, and delusional goals. Leadership puts blame on others for their own failures. Poor project management, indecisions, and bad communication with leadership. High egos drive leadership to make poor decisions that only serve themselves. Bad hiring practices and no direction with the organization. Bad culture leads to toxic workplace environment. They make look viable on the surface but they do not run a proper organization from within. Please avoid Imprint at all costs.
