Pros
Convoso is an excellent provider of dialers; they are the most reliable available on the market, and the dialer itself is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. Convoso has almost all of the features you've been searching for in a dialer, especially the reporting, which is incredibly detailed and readily available.
Cons
I believe that the training environment has to be improved. Rather than merely giving new hires video materials to study, they should put more of an emphasis on having real discussions about the product and its features.
