Salary is a littile bit low compare other companies. Not a lot of competitions if you are an ambitious person.

Office politics are questionable. I've seen employees who had no high school diploma managing employees who have higher education degrees. Romantic relationships between employees are not particularly discouraged and if management thinks that you know too much about some shady practices, your employment is terminated and you are banned from ever again stepping foot on their property.
