      Global presence and known with its good quality products.

      Cons

      Indian scenario- People with n-numbers years of experience and promoted to Managerial position. They have their own way of working, no brainstorming within team as well as no open forum for discussion. Its like to work under dictatorship. No value addition and development, No learning and addition of responsibilities. Wherever you start you will remain in same position until top management remains there. last but not the least- No worth to work if want to explore your skills.

      Pros

      Decent location; great for families, not so much for the singles, but not bad Great business and competitive opportunities, especially for interns/co-ops Great work-life balance

      Cons

      Managers tend to make up the rules as they go along. Decent starting PTO, but not when EVERYTHING must come from it (i.e. no personal leave, no real sick leave, no paid maternity leave, no paid FMLA, etc.). For example, if you have to visit your child's school for 2hrs, you must use PTO, or "make up" those hours and that's ridiculous in my opinion. No option to work from home.

      Autonomy, Job Security, Patient Focus and Customer Loyalty. Family owned company, Management, Profit Share, 401K.

      Cons

      Pay is too low. Advancement is hard to come by due to higher-up positions never being vacated.
