      Pros

      its nice to be able to choose a 10 hour shift or a 8 hour shift. a decent amount of paid time off after about 5 years.

      Cons

      way to much favoritism and secrecy. hourly wages way to low even for the area. basically no chance for better opportunities. turnover rate excessively high. little to no respect. hr only there to protect management not hourly employees. production workers discouraged from offering input or suggestions.

      Pros

      Great benefits, fantastically friendly people, long breaks (two 20-minute paid and one 30-minute unpaid), great potential for moving up/obtaining a raise in the company. Profit-sharing is also a thing here (usually 5% every month).

      Cons

      If you want to eat breakfast/lunch at Cook, it costs, but is relatively cheap. Requires you to purchase non-slip shoes. Rotations aren't as often as stated.
