      Training is extensive. Fellow District managers were supportive.

      Cons

      Stale and unmotivating environment. No leadership. No inspiration. No innovation in the division I worked in. Pay is reflective of this environment. No real opportunity to make bonus. Products are outdated and not supported in the field if there are problems.

      No new product development, dried up product pipeline , regressive thinking , zero career development , old systems in place, low pay , no project timelines, management has no idea about future market needs.

      Amazing leadership. Conferences, the best and latest tech gear. Project managers have made things better by keeping marketing away from our desks.

      Cons

      Nepotism. Keeping people in positions that have zero clue what they are doing. The resources that are used to keep these people in those positions causes bigger issues down the road.
