      Pros

      Good benefits and tuition reimbursement along with nice people make it worth staying along with the company not having had a layoff.

      Cons

      Pay is not great. Management needs to be trained on how to be good leaders. Many just use the good ok' boy system.

      Cook is a big company with a small company attitude. As a result, there can be a fair amount of patronage.
