      Low pay, micromanaged,nepotism was rampant and to get promoted you had to make sure you knew the right people and do them favors

      Pros

      Job security - Cook has never laid off people due to down economy. Friendly colleagues - most people I have worked with are very friendly and get the job done very well.

      Cons

      Lower than average pay - Cook is known to pay their employees less than average in the industry. No working from home - at least at the site I work at, this is not an option.

      happy custumers that I usually love working with on a regular basis. Extremly interesting custumers that I love working with.

      Cons

      no products inovations in most of the divisions. Love some of their products but I find the competitors have more innovations.
