      The Relocation Package was generous. 4-5% profit sharing. Medical Clinic is a plus. Fringe benefits are good and cost less than average

      Cons

      Salary is below average. Holiday Time off is bare minimum. Vacation allowance is somewhat low. Work hours are strict, even for salaried

      1. As an engineer I have worked on all aspects of device development. 2. Opportunity to learn about a different products due to high amount of products the company has to offer

      Cons

      1. There is not much opportunity for career growth due to lack of hierarchy. 2. Most of the engineers are young due to high turnover which leads to longer project timelines.
