Hard to advance or move up in department.

The culture is oppressive and controlling. In my area I was timed when I went to the restroom, or when I was in the gowning room. Management played favorites and made that clear. Testified persecution with public embarrassment to immigrants. Immature people, cutthroat culture, disorganization on the part of management, low pay for the type of work involved. I’m just waiting HR take me from this department. If not, I definitely will leave the company.
