I enjoyed for working at Cook for many years until I suffered a spinal cord injury. I came back to the company after Medical and the whole mood was different. Less than a year later, I was fired due to disability. I tried to for a accommodation, but was let go for doing so.

Promotions are slow. Developments slow. Changes are slow. Old inefficient systems and structures. No room for promotion at senior level.
