Pros

I was one of the first through the Java FastTrack'd program 2.5 years ago. I believe it has given me a great start on my career. I've now worked on projects that include technologies such as Java, VB, C#, PHP, EclipseRCP, Spring Framework and many more. The training was tough but doable as long as you dedicate yourself to it and work hard. The management here is very ambitious and always working hard to improve the program in all aspects.

Cons

The process in which we select people is constantly being improved but sometimes we've had people get in that just weren't capable from the beginning. Unfortunately the selection process isn't perfect yet but is evolving.

Pros

They pay employees extremely well, they have a good benefits package, the CEO and CFO care about people and want to do what's right. They have done a great job of working on the culture and treating people with respect. They are high on honesty and integrity and are willing to quickly make changes that are best for the company and people. They love investing in people and giving back to the community. They encourage community involvement and investment and are willing to give you time off to help others. It's a great place to work with low stress as long as the owner does not come around. The owner and the team he had put in place in the past are cultural destroyers.

Cons

As I stated above, stay clear of the owner. If he's around, its' best to run. He doesn't care about people, destroys culture and has hurt a lot of people along his path. Good news is he's not around much and is getting well past his prime to be of service to the company. There is a great divide between the owner and what the current leadership team wants and is trying to do. Unfortunately the owner "thinks" he knows what is best and comes in like a bulldozer and destroys everything in his path. Again, as stated above, he does not come around much which is extremely great for the employees.
